With over 15 years of rich and diverse experience in event sales and management, Teena has been an integral part of Andaz Delhi since 2021. In her previous position as Associate Director of Event Sales – Head of Corporate MICE, she has successfully driven key accounts, devising comprehensive strategies to increase market share, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding client experiences.
Teena’s impressive track record includes overseeing complex corporate MICE operations, managing high-profile events, and fostering valuable relationships with stakeholders. She has been instrumental in identifying growth opportunities, optimising resources, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance Andaz Delhi’s positioning as a premier events destination.
Her academic credentials include an MBA in Sales and Marketing from Symbiosis School of Distance Learning and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Kamla Nehru College, Delhi University. With her passion for event sales, coupled with a knack for team leadership and business development, Teena has been pivotal in ensuring the success of large-scale events at Andaz Delhi.
