KIIT World School hosts Investiture Ceremony, Inducts New Student Parliament

New Delhi: KIIT World School, Pitampura recently held a grand Investiture Ceremony to formally induct the newly elected members of the student parliament. The ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of Sadhvi Pragya Bharti, renowned spiritual mentor, news media expert, and academic visionary. Also in attendance were Geetika Sharma, founder of ZaruruHai Culture Promotion; Ajeet Singh, Head of School (HOS) of SKV, A Block Keshav Puram;

Other prominent attendees included Ashok Kumar Singh, HOS of GBS, D Block, Ashok Vihar; Pramila Joshi, HOS of GGSSS, Anand Vas, Delhi; Prof. P.S. Grover, Chairman of KIIT World School; S.K. Munjal, Manager of KIIT World School; and alumni Nishtha Nangia and Astha Kapoor. The event also drew a significant presence of parents, reflecting the community’s involvement in the school’s activities.

During the ceremony, the newly elected student leaders were presented with their badges of honor by distinguished guests. These badges symbolized not only their leadership roles but also served as a recognition of their hard work, dedication, and unwavering commitment to the school community. The event emphasized the importance of leadership roles in shaping the students’ futures and contributing to the school’s continued success.

In her address, Dr. Sangeeta Bhatia, Principal of KIIT World School, Pitampura, said, “For India to be a land of skilled, responsible, and conscientious citizens, every young individual must take responsibility for their physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being. When the youth adopt cleanliness, the nation becomes clean. When the youth acquire skills, the nation becomes skillful. When the youth embrace their role as the torchbearers of our heritage, the nation continues to thrive. As they grow, learn, and contribute, so does the nation.”
