The institute has been offering a programme on Strategic Leadership for Schools in a Changing Environment at IIM Ahmedabad campus.
This programme draws from in-depth and extensive research conducted by IIMA faculty about schools in the Indian context. It utilises a mix of participative pedagogy that includes context-specific case studies from schools across the country, structured exercises, role play, group discussions and presentations. The programme will provide adequate opportunity for participants to discuss and examine their current practices, share their experiences and learn from each other.
This programme is meant for Principals of senior secondary schools (with classes up to XII) affiliated to state, national or international boards. A few individuals with a background in managing schools or being promoters of schools may be considered on a case to case basis.
