Kolkata, July 27: Adamas University today announced a strategic collaboration with Salesforce, the #1 Agentic AI CRM*, to establish West Bengal’s first Salesforce Academia Centre of Excellence, reinforcing the University's commitment to build AI-ready, industry-ready graduates through experiential learning and enterprise technology.
The collaboration will equip students and faculty with hands-on access to Salesforce technologies including Agentforce, Agentforce 360 Platform, Tableau and Data 360. By embedding these technologies into the curriculum, Adamas University will provide students with practical experience in building AI-powered applications, developing enterprise workflows, creating analytics dashboards, and solving real-world business challenges using technologies similar to those adopted by leading organizations worldwide.

The collaboration supports Adamas University's vision of becoming a digitally enabled, AI-first institution while addressing the growing demand for graduates with enterprise AI, data, analytics, automation, and customer technology skills. Faculty members will also participate in Salesforce's Faculty Development and Train-the-Trainer programmes to integrate emerging technologies and industry best practices into classroom learning.
Built around Salesforce's Academia Centre of Excellence framework, the initiative will transform classrooms into live industry labs through professional electives, micro-credential programmes, value-added courses, hands-on projects, hackathons, and industry mentorship. Students will also have the opportunity to earn globally recognized Salesforce certifications through Trailhead, strengthening their employability and preparing them for high-demand roles across the Salesforce ecosystem.
