Oct 27: Amity Institute of Applied Sciences, Amity University Noida, is organising the First International Conference on Emerging Trends in Modelling and Optimization for Mathematical Sciences, Technology and Management, from 27th -28th October 2026. The conference aims to provide an international platform for academicians, researchers, industry professionals and students to exchange ideas, share research findings and explore emerging developments in mathematical modelling, optimisation and their applications across science, technology and management.
Addressing the participants, Chief Guest Prof. (Dr.) Bhola Ram Gurjar, Vice Chancellor, P.E.C. (Deemed to be University) and Director, National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR), Chandigarh, averred,
“The integration of mathematical sciences with technology and management offers significant opportunities to address complex challenges in research, industry and education. Modelling and optimisation provide powerful tools for evidence-based decision-making, efficient resource utilisation and sustainable development. I am confident that ICETMOMTM 2026 will encourage productive academic discussions, promote collaborative research and inspire innovative solutions with meaningful real-world applications.”
Prof. (Dr.) Balvinder Shukla, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, stated,
“At Amity, we believe that research, innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration are essential for academic excellence and societal progress. The conference reflects our commitment to promoting meaningful research and creating opportunities for scholars to engage with emerging developments in mathematical sciences, technology and management.”
Sharing his views, Prof. P. K. Kapur, President, Society for Reliability Engineering, Quality and Operations, said,
“Mathematical modelling, optimisation and reliability engineering play a vital role in improving the efficiency, quality and performance of complex systems. Conferences such as ICETMOMTM 2026 encourage the exchange of research and ideas that can bridge the gap between theoretical developments with practical applications. Such academic engagements are essential for advancing knowledge and developing robust, efficient and sustainable solutions to real-world challenges.”
Prof. Narayan Debnath, Professor and Head (Department of Software Engineering), Founding Dean, Eastern International University, Vietnam, opined,
“This conference will provide you with an opportunity to interact and exchange ideas with fellow researchers. Academic conferences are an essential activity for students pursuing higher education. Amity is nurturing a community of young future leaders who are contributing to research and innovation across the world.” Prof. Debnath encouraged the students to make the most of the opportunities offered by the conference.
Welcoming the dignitaries and participants, Prof. Sunita Rattan, Dean, Science & Technology (S&T) and Director, Amity Institute of Applied Sciences (AIAS), noted,
“Mathematical modelling and optimisation are integral to addressing complex challenges across scientific research, technological innovation and management. The conference will provide a platform to the researchers and academicians to exchange knowledge, explore emerging methodologies and strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration. We hope the deliberations will inspire innovative ideas and contribute to advancing research and practical applications in various areas.”
During the two-day Conference, technical Sessions on various topics such as Mathematical Modelling, Innovation & Management, Software Engineering, Deep Learning, etc, will be organized along with Paper Presentations.
