Crack Academy, India’s first online Ed-tech platform for the Civil Services Examination, hosted a highly successful career counselling session for students of classes VIII, IX, and X at Manav Mangal School Zirakpur on July 22nd, 2024. The event at the school auditorium saw an impressive footfall of over 700 students. It aimed to provide valuable guidance and insights into various career paths and the importance of early preparation.
The session was graced by an esteemed panel of experts, among whom three distinguished members from Crack Academy led the panel discussion. Neeraj Kansal, CEO and Founder of Crack Academy, inspired the audience with his journey as a Civil Engineer Gold Medalist and an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. Swetank Pandey, Chief Content Officer (CCO) of Crack Academy, shared his extensive knowledge and innovative ideas, drawing from his experience as an alumnus of IIT Madras and MIT Boston and his half-decade of leadership in the Ed-tech sector. Rishi Bhargava, Co-Founder of Crack Academy, an M.Sc., M.Phil., and MBA, brought a deep understanding of the competitive exam preparation industry to the discussion.
During the session, the panellists shared their invaluable insights with the students, emphasizing the importance of choosing the right career path. They discussed various strategies for identifying personal strengths and interests, the significance of aligning career choices with these attributes, and the benefits of early planning and preparation.
The students expressed their enthusiasm and appreciation for the session, with many noting how it clarified their doubts about their future. “The insights I gained today have really helped me understand how to align my interests with potential career paths. It was an enlightening experience to receive excellent guidance from such a prestigious academy here in Zirakpur,” said a class X student.
