Gurugram, Jan 01: KIIT World School, successfully organised its much-anticipated annual carnival Winter Wonderland 2.0, bringing together students, parents, and distinguished guests for a day filled with celebration, creativity, and community bonding.
The school campus was transformed into a vibrant carnival space featuring colourful décor, amusement rides, engaging games, and a variety of food stalls, creating an atmosphere of joy and festivity for families and visitors alike.
A series of cultural and interactive activities marked the highlight of the event. Students confidently participated in events such as the Ramp Walk, Just a Minute, and Twining with Parents, Siblings and Friends. The twinning segment, where children shared the stage dressed in coordinated outfits with their parents, siblings, and friends, received special appreciation and applause from the audience. The Lucky Draw emerged as a major attraction, generating excitement and enthusiasm throughout the programme.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal Ms. Neelima Kamrah said,
“Events like Winter Wonderland provide students with opportunities beyond academics, nurturing creativity, confidence, and strong family connections. Such experiences play a vital role in the holistic development of children.”
The event was graced by the presence of Mr. D. V. Taneja, Environment Chairman, Lions Club Gurugram; Mr. Deepak Kataria, Co-opted Member, Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana; and Dr. S. S. Aggarwal, Director Chairman, KIIT Group of Institutions. Esteemed member of the School Management Committee, Mr. Subhash Raghav, also attended the programme, encouraging and motivating the school community.
