August 25th, 2024: Goan/Konkani Food

The series concludes the last Sunday of August with a vibrant Goan and Konkani feast, highlighting the coastal region’s blend of Portuguese and local Hindu cultural influences. Enjoy a diverse array of dishes, including Vindaloo, Varan, Tondak, Ambott Tik, Balchao, Cafreal, and Sorpotel, featuring traditional recipes from Hindu Saraswat and Goan Catholic kitchens.
