Gurugram: The Technical Club of KIIT College of Engineering successfully organized its first-ever Website Development Competition. The event showcased the technical and creative skills of the students, providing them with a platform to innovate and excel.
In the competition, Shrestha Gupta from CSE (3rd year) secured the first position and was awarded a cash prize of ₹1000. The second position was bagged by Atim from CSE (1st year), who received ₹500, while the third position went to Harshit from CSE (3rd year), who was awarded ₹300. Additionally, Diksha Diwakar, Ashu, and Anurag were given consolation prizes to recognize their efforts. All participants received participation certificates for their commendable performance.
The event was coordinated by B.Tech 4th-year students Sagar, Harsh, Anuj, and Sanjeev under the guidance of Dr. Kanika Kaur, Head of the Department, Computer Science and Engineering.
Registrar of the College Dr. Neelima Kamrah expressed her delight at the event’s success and said, “Such events are essential for encouraging technical skills and innovation among students. This competition is a testament to our students’ talent and their ability to apply their knowledge in practical scenarios.
