Nemetschek Group and AKTU Forge Partnership to Redefine AEC Education for the Next Generation of Professionals

National, 15th November 2024; Nemetschek Group, a global leader in software for digital transformation in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sectors, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow, a premier university in Uttar Pradesh. This collaboration aims to empower the next generation of engineers and architects by integrating Nemetschek’s advanced digital tools and expertise into AKTU’s educational framework.

By integrating Nemetschek’s comprehensive software solutions into AKTU’s curriculum, students will gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools, preparing them for successful careers in the AEC sector. This collaboration aligns with both organizations’ commitment to fostering innovation and driving digital transformation in the construction industry.

The MoU signing ceremony, held at the AKTU campus in Lucknow, was attended by esteemed dignitaries, including Prof. Rajive Kumar, Member Secretary, AICTE, and Prof. J.P. Pandey, Vice Chancellor, AKTU.

The event also featured an insightful panel discussion titled “Innovating for a Better Tomorrow by Leveraging Technology,” with industry experts and academic leaders sharing their perspectives on the future of the AEC industry. Esteemed speakers from the industry and academia, including Dr. Neelam Srivastava, Dean (T&P) .
